Booked a villa, pretty good

So I was planning a trip with friends and we needed a villa. Found one on Zen Hotels. It was pretty easy to book, didn't run into any weird glitches or anything. Price was decent, probably what I expected. The villa itself was nice, exactly like the pictures. No drama, which is always good when you're trying to organize a group trip. Happy with how it all turned out.

Always reliable bookings

I've used Zen Hotels for a few trips now, and they're always consistent. This time, I booked a city center hotel in Rome, and everything went smoothly, just like my last booking for a guesthouse in Lisbon. The pricing is usually pretty good compared to other sites I check, and I've never had an issue with a reservation not being honored. It's why I keep coming back when I need to book accommodation.

Good value for a guesthouse

I was looking for a budget-friendly guesthouse for a short trip to London. I found a decent one on Zen Hotels and even snagged a first booking offer, which saved me a little extra. The price was competitive compared to other sites I checked. The booking went through without a hitch, and I felt I got good value for my money. It was worth it for the savings.

Easy booking, good hotel

I booked a city center hotel in Rome last month through Zen Hotels. It was pretty straightforward, found a place near the Colosseum. The website was easy to use, and I got my confirmation fast. No drama at all, which is what I like when planning trips.

Fantastic beachfront hotel!

I just returned from my trip to Cancun, and the beachfront hotel I booked through Zen Hotels was absolutely perfect! The pictures on the site were accurate, and the booking was super easy. I found a great deal too. I'm already looking forward to booking my next vacation with them. You guys made my trip amazing!

Great value on apartment rental

This was my first time using Zen Hotels and I was looking for the best deal on an apartment rental in Paris. I signed up for the newsletter and got a small discount, which helped. The price was already competitive, especially for the location. It felt worth the purchase since I ended up saving a bit compared to other sites I checked. I'd definitely consider them again if the prices are right.

Reliable for my business trips

I've used Zen Hotels a few times now for business hotels, usually for overnight stays near airports. This time I booked an airport hotel for a layover in Frankfurt. It was just as consistent as my previous bookings. The interface is familiar, and I always find a reliable option quickly. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and they deliver every time.

Detailed review of my stay

I used Zen Hotels to book an extended stay suite in Orlando for a family vacation. The ordering process was clear, and I appreciated the filters for family-friendly options. Delivery of the booking confirmation was instant via email. When I had a question about early check-in, I used their customer support chat, and they responded within an hour, which was helpful. The suite itself was as described and very clean, making our stay comfortable. Overall, the platform performed well from search to stay, and I felt confident in the booking. It was a good experience for planning a trip with kids, everything was pretty transparent.

Solid booking, small improvement

I used Zen Hotels to book a beachfront hotel for a family vacation. The booking process was quite smooth, and I appreciated the clear information about the property. The price was competitive, and the confirmation arrived quickly. We had no issues checking into the hotel. My only minor gripe was that finding the specific details about breakfast inclusion felt a little buried on the page; it wasn't as upfront as I would have liked. Otherwise, it was a good overall experience, and I'd use them again for sure.
